Witch Hazel Hemorrhoids
According to my grandma, when treated with witch hazel hemorrhoids get better. This is apparently due to the soothing effect that witch hazel has on the tissues, and it helps the body heal bruising. If that is the case, then many people would no doubt benefit from the use of witch hazel on their piles. It’s a really old remedy, and one that the big medical companies seem to be recognising, as any of the ‘modern’ products on sale now seem to contain witch hazel and loads of other old fashioned ingredients.
